“The combination of Argentine temperament and Dutch sobriety suits the Court calendar.” Ariane is not easily taken off guard. With solid arguments, she steps into District court. In both Dutch and Spanish, because of a bilingual upbringing she speaks both languages fluently.
Within two areas of law, Ariane is there for you, quite unique at MannaertsAppels. “For both business and real estate law, contract work is the legal foundation. Because with a good contract you prevent problems at a later stage. My specialization lies in drafting and reviewing contracts, and litigating them. One of my favorite parts is company acquisitions. Together we form a team and go for the best deal.”

Litigate is not something Ariane turns her hand to. Not for nothing has she profiled herself for years as “the process riser. “I like to look for solutions, but I don’t shy away from conflict. I let my opinion be clearly heard; you know what you can get from me. In District court, I fight to the max and go for the win.” That goes along with a listening ear and empathy. “I always explain difficult words so that everyone understands what it’s about. That’s the only way we work together to find the best solution.”

Ariane Romijn has registered the following area of law in the register of areas of law of the Netherlands Bar Association: Law of Obligations. Pursuant to this registration, she is obliged to obtain ten training points in this registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
