The General Data Protection Regulation (the “AVG”, in English the “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)”) and the Dutch Implementation Act (the “UAVG”) ask a lot of organizations that process personal data. But customers, suppliers and other third parties you work with are also increasingly invoking their privacy rights.
